Client Services Coordinator

Joseph Cappelloni

Joseph is a graduate of Wilkes University (1989). Originally from the Scranton/Clarks Summit area, he has become a fixture of the community in Berwick over the past two decades. Joseph’s passion for the community has been evident by his service as a volunteer and Treasurer for the Berwick Historical Society for the past 15 years.

Prior to joining Cardinal, Joseph worked for many years in the recreational and food service industry as the General Manager of South Side Bowl, Inc. Fans of NBC comedy series The Office would be interested to learn that he managed Poor Richard’s Pub from 2006-2008. After a successful venture owning his own restaurant, Capp’s Snack Bar, LLC, Joseph shifted to providing customer service to clients in the medical field in roles requiring him to explain complex insurance benefits and billing and ultimately managing the business office at a local assisted living facility.

Joseph’s role of Client Services Coordinator at Cardinal has combined all his skills from business ownership and management and customer service. His experience working in the medical field is evident in the great pride he takes in assisting and caring for the firm’s clients.

Coming from a large Italian family, food and family have always been a big part of Joseph’s everyday life. To this day, Joseph enjoys cooking, especially Italian dishes and homemade pasta. For this, his friends and family are extremely grateful!

When he’s not assisting clients at Cardinal or helping the Historical Society with projects, Joseph also enjoys gardening, reading, sports, and kayaking.
